眼科領域における活性型ビタミンB1（アリナミンF）大量療法について

Treatment of Ocular Diseases with Massive Dosage Alinamin F (T.T.F.D.)

I．まえがき

　眼科領域においては早くから各種眼疾患にV．B₁が使用されて来たが，V．B₁の大量を経口投与しても腸壁からの吸収は極めて僅かであり非経口投与を行つても体内貯溜時間が短いという欠点があつた。

　1950年に藤原はニンニクにV,B₁を反応させることによりアリサイアミン（TPD）を発見した。これが活性型V．B₁であり。従来のV．B₁に比較して体内貯溜率が大きく組織への親和性が強いので諸臓器に高濃度に移行することがみとめられアリナミンとして広く臨床的に使用され治療効果が一段と飛躍をとげた。併しこのアリナミンは特有のニンニク臭があり筋注に際して疼痛が強く静注に際しても血管痛があるなど使用上の難点があつた。近年になつてアリナミンF （TTFD）が出現しこれらの難点が解決され今日では殆んどの眼疾患に対して単独に或は併用剤として広く使用され多くの人々によつてその効果の大であることが報告されている。

Massive doses of Alinamin F were admini-stered orally to 12 patients with amblyopia, 3 with pseudomyopia, 5 with retinitis and uveitis, 3 with asthenopia and 2 with supra-orbital neuralgia.

The oral dose amounted from 100 to 300mg daily, and it was administered for 3 months at the maximum.

Continuous administration of massive doses of Alinamin F proved effective for all cases with the exception of 2 cases of retino-choroidal atrophy. No undesirable side effects were observed.
