原発性アルドステロン症の眼症状

Ocular finding of the Primary aldosteronismus

Ⅰ．はじめに

　Conn （1955）は，痙攣，周期性四肢麻痺，多飲多尿，高血圧等の臨床像があり，その尿中に，多量のAldosteroneを含む疾患を，原発性アルドステロン症と命名した。

　本症は，副腎に原発性の疾患があつて起るものを指摘したもので，主として副腎腺腫が認められる。理化学所見では，アルドステロン分泌過剰による血清の低カリウム症が，必ず出現し，又，高血圧の原因もこの分泌に由来する。

A report is presented over the occurrence of primary aldosteronism in two females of 32 and 27 years of age. The chief clinical findings consisted of hypertension, renal wa-sting of potassium, hypolakemia and alkalo-sis, indicating abnormally elevated adrenal function. The presence of unilateral adrenal adenoma could be confirmed by surgery inboth cases.

Ocular findings consisted of mild retino-pathy attributable to benign essential hyper-tension belonging to groups Ⅰ to Ⅱ after Keith-Wagener accompanied by mild hyper-aemia or oedema of the macular region.
