中脳動脈一直静脈洞動静脈瘻第I型の眼症状

The eye manifestation of the arteriovenous shunt flowing from the trunk of A. cere bri media into sinus rectus. (The 1st type)

I．緒言

　1955年Millikanを長とする脳血管性障害の分類と診断の規準に関する委員会で脳硬塞を伴わない一過性脳虚血と云う項目があるが，私共がそれに該当すると思われる症状を有する患者を検査している中に，本例が動静脈瘻で，Dandy並にOlivecrona et Riives等による第一型で直接動脈と静脈が吻合している症例である事が判明したが，本例症では視束乳頭萎縮の有る事，眼底血圧の興味ある所見等があり，一過性脳虚血の立場から，亦，脳血管奇形の立場からしても，此の眼症状は甚だ興味があるので報告する。

A report is presented over a 48-year-old male with 2 episodes of faintness as chief complaints. The faintness was interpreted as due to transient cerebral ischemia with-out causing infarction. The right side arte-riography showed an irregular large vessel, forming a shunt between the trunk of A.cerebri media and the sinus rectus without aneurysmal bulging. The finding belonged to the Type I according to the classification of arteriovenous shunts by Dandy et al.
