高血圧症，その他2,3の疾患に対する所謂江原氏ヂオニン反応について

The dionin reaction of Ehara in hypertensive and other patients

　高血圧症は現在我国医学会に於て重要視せられている疾患の一つである。蓋し本症に続発する脳卒中による死亡率が，悪性腫瘍による死亡率と並んで，国民死亡率の第1位を占むるに致つたからである。

　従来高血圧症に対する皮膚毛細血管の透過性ないし脆弱性の測定については多数の報告がある。之等は主として陰圧法或は陽圧法を用い測定を行つて居る。所が昭和18年，江原氏が所謂ヂオニン反応を発表し，結膜血管に就て之が測定を行つて以来，現在迄に之による報告は井上，井口，田地野氏等により行なわれているに過ぎない。

The Dionin reaction test after the methodof Ehara was performed and positive result was abtained in 13 out of 22 cases hyperten-sion, 3 out of 7 cases of diabetes mellitus and 1 out of 4 spontaneous hyposhagma.

The percentage rate in positive finding was in direct proportion to the hight of systolic blood pressure in hypertensive patients. No significant difference in reaction pattern was observed among the different hypertension gr-oupings from I to III after Keith-Wagener. Un-treated cases of hypertension showed greater positive rate than treated ones.
