コリマイシンの前房内移行及び超音波の影響について

Studies on distribution into aquous humor of Colimycin and the effect of ultra sonic wave

　緑膿菌に有効な抗生剤としてのコリマイシン（科薬抗生物質研究所製）の眼球内感染症に及ぼし得る作用の判定として，前房内移行度を検討した。

Ophthalmic use of Colimycin was studied.

The following results were obtained.

1) The administration of Colimycin to ocular diseases should be chiefly used by subconju-nctival injection or appling as ointment, as local therapy. General use of Colimycin has no effect, because it scarcely distribute into aquous humor.

2) When on the eye ultra sonic wave (12KC, 100 mW) was emitted for 15 minutes with subconjunctival injection or appling the oint-ment of Colimycin, it was distributed into aquous humor effectively.
