眼科領域におけるNiamidの効果

Ophthalmic effect of Niamid

I．緒言

　近時来院する患者の中には眼科疾患に伴つて精神神経症状を訴える患者がとみに増加して来た。

　しかも治療の結果他覚的には治癒している患者でも中には精神神経的症状がかなり強く残つている者が多い。このため特に難治な精神神経症状を伴つた眼疾患20例についてナイヤマイド（1—〔2—（ベンジル—カルバミル）エチル〕−2イソニコチルヒドラジン25mg含有）を内服せしめ比較的好成績を収めたのでここに報告する。

Twenty patients with psychoneurosis and as-thenopia from neurasthenic causes were trea-ted with Niamid through peroral route with a daily dosis ranging from 75 to 100mg., for periods of from 2 weeks to 2 months. 9 cases responded with dramatical effect, 2 cases with excellent and 3 cases with good effect.

The only side effect encountered during the study was paraesthetic feeling of slight degree in one patient.
