糖尿病性網膜症兼眼内炎の組織所見

　糖尿病における虹彩毛様体系の疾患は少いが，個々の症例が2,3知られる。樋渡氏はIrido—cyclitisはhypopion,fibrinosisを屡々伴うとされている。加藤氏等は，若年網膜症で白内障，緑内障を伴うもの（全体の0,2％）陳い後癒着を併せて465例中1.9％位であるとされている。

　Panophthalmitisは465：0（加藤氏）でありGraenouw （1930）によるとGrezoire （1900）が3例をのべているということである。

The right eye of a fifty-nine year old fe-male having suffered from diabetes for ten years and had complained of blurred vision for the last two years was enuclated because of endophthalmitis.

A clinical examination disclosed high blood pressure (186/92) Positive urine sugar and protein, and diabetic retinopathy, IInd Grade according to Wagener in the fundus of the left eye.
