Groenblad-Strandberg症候群の1例，特に肥胖性性器発育不全の合併について

A case of Groenblad-Strandberg syndrome with dystrophia adiposogenitalis

Ⅰ．緒言

　Groenblad及びStrandberg （1929）によつて色素線条症と弾力線維性仮性黄色腫の共存が指摘されて以来，本症は全身弾力性物質の変性を基調とする系統疾患であり，眼底における色素線条は脈絡膜弾力膜の変性亀裂により出現することが逐次明らかにされてきたものである。

　本症にはいろいろな合併症が報告されているが最近肥胖性性器発育不全を伴つた症例を経験した。このような合併は未だ報告を見ないのでここに記載する。

A 20-year-old female was subjected to the study.Ophthalmoscopic examination revealed her ocular fundi were in the first stage of wildi. At the cervical and axillary regions, pseudoxanthoma elasticum was found bilate-rally. Dystrophia adiposogenitalis was discl-osed to be a complication of the syndrome.
