眼科領域におけるHydroxy-phenylbutazone （Tanderil）の使用経験

Ophthalmic use of Hydroxy-phenylbutazone (Tanderil)

Ⅰ．まえがき

　Tanderil （Hydroxy-phenylbutazone）はスイスのGeigy社で合成されたPyrazolidinの誘導体で強力な消炎及び解熱作用があり，炎症，浮腫及び種々のリウマチ性疾患に優れた治療効果をもち，その臨床効果についてはWerner^1），Pes—talozzi^2），浅山，坂上^3），植村，平山^4），阪本，田辺^5），水川，湖崎^6），笛田，新保，岩田^7）等によつて報告されている。当教室においても昨年来73例88眼の種々な疾患に使用したので，その結果を外傷例，手術例，及び炎症例に分けて報告する。猶Tanderilは藤沢薬品提供による100mgの錠剤を使用し，投与量は夫々の症例に応じて適宜変更したが，原則として大人では1日6錠，子供では4〜2錠とした。

1) Clinical observations were made on 73 cases (86 eyes) of various eye disease for Tanderil to obtain the following results :

2) Among 12 cases of trauma (13 eyes), results obtained were as follows, especially excellent results were seen on penetrating injuries of eye-ball.

3) In operations, Tanderil was administered and results were as follows, among 42 cases (50 eyes) dramatic 26 eyes, effectiv e 16, undetermined 5, non-effecttive 3.
