調節機の疲労と脳波

Fatigue of the accommodative system and Electroencephalograms

I．まえおき

　近業を持続する事によつて起される調節機の疲労に関する実験的研究は古くから報告されて来たが，その際に調節機の疲労を考えると同時に中枢性疲労をも考慮に入れねばならないと言うのが常であつた。

　この中枢性疲労と言う表現は漠然として居り，近業の持続による視中枢の疲労であるのか，調節中枢の疲労であるのか，更に上級の中枢に於ける疲労を指すのか不明である。

The accommodative near-point was measured in healthy adult at the illuminations of 50, 200 and 1000 luces using an electromotive self-recording near-point meter for one hour and their electroencephalograms (EEG) were simultaneousely taken by the parietal and occipital leads. The following are the conclu-sions :

1) The EEG became low in voltage and showed a trend to have somewhat faster waves as the near-point became farther and this was considered as a effect of continued nearwork.

2) Varying the illuminations did not affect the EEG pattern.
