Abstract. Purpose:To report findings in 2 cases of corneal ulcer followed up using an anterior segment optical coherence tomograph(OCT). Cases and Findings:One was a 26-year-old female who presented with pain in the left eye since one week. She had been treated by topical corticosteroid for corneal infiltration due to trichiasis. The left eye showed corneal ulcer with corneal thickness of 180μm. She was treated by medication and therapeutic contact lens for suspected fungus infection. The corneal lesion resolved one month later. The other case was a 64-year-old male with pain and blurring in the left eye. He had a history of Crohn disease. The left cornea showed marginal ulcer with corneal thickness of 320μm. Medication and wear of contact lens was followed by resolution 16 days later. In both cases, anterior segment OCT showed proliferation of corneal epithelial cells to cover the ulcer with increase in corneal thickness. Conclusion:Anterior segment OCT was useful in evaluating the course of recovery of corneal ulcer.
