要約　目的：未熟児網膜症の経過観察中に家族性滲出性硝子体網膜症（FEVR）が発見された一家系の報告。症例：在胎29週6日の双胎児に未熟児網膜症の眼底所見が発見された。第1子は1,352gの女児，第2子は586gの男児であった。両児とも未熟児網膜症国際分類のzone Ⅰ stage 3になり，両眼に光凝固を施行した。家族の検索で，父親とその2人の妹に網膜血管の異常走行と眼底周辺部の無血管野が発見され，FEVRの家系と診断した。結論：遺伝的にFEVRの素因がある児が低体重児として出生し，FEVRと未熟児網膜症の両原因により網膜血管の異常が生じたと解釈される。未熟児網膜症の診断では，FEVRの可能性も念頭におくべきである。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report a pedigree of familial exudative vitreoretinopathy（FEVR）with a very low birthweight infant as the propositus. Cases：A pair of twins were diagnosed with retinopathy of prematurity（ROP）. They were born after gestation of 29 weeks 6 days,weighing 1,352 g and 586 g respectively. The ROP was classified as zone Ⅰ stage 3 in both cases and was treated by photocoagulation. Family studies showed abnormal vascular pattern and avascular peripheral retina characteristic for FEVR in the father and his two sisters. Conclusion：These cases illustrate that manifestation of ROP may be modified or aggravated when associated with FEVR.
