光線力学療法前後でのポリープ状脈絡膜血管症の異常血管網の変化

要約　目的：光線力学療法後のポリープ状脈絡膜血管症（PCV）でのポリープ状病巣と異常血管網の変化の報告。対象と方法：光線力学療法で浮腫や出血が消退したPCV 13例13眼を対象とした。全例に術前と術後3か月以内にインドシアニングリーン蛍光造影を行った。結果：ポリープ状病巣は12眼（92％）で消失または減弱した。異常血管網は3眼（23％）で血管径が狭細化し，4眼（31％）で微小血管の閉塞と再構築があったが，異常血管網の完全な閉塞はなかった。結論：PCVに対する光線力学療法で，ポリープ状病巣は消失したが，異常血管網は閉塞しなかった。

Abstract.　Purpose：To report changes of pathological vascular network following photodynamic therapy for polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy（PCV）. Cases and Method：This retrospective study was made on 13 eyes of 13 cases with PCV that resolved without hemorrhage or edema after photodynamic therapy. All the eyes received indocyanine green angiography before and within 3 months after treatment. Results：Polypoidal lesions either disappeared or decreased in size in 12 eyes（92％）. Pathological vascular network persistent except narrowing of vessels in 3 eyes（23％）and remodeling in 4 eyes（31％）. Conclusion：Photodynamic therapy for PCV induced disappearance of polypoidal lesions and persistence of pathological vascular network.
