Abstract. Purpose:To report ocular complications in patients of epiblepharon. Surgery was performed unilaterally in 10 cases and bilaterally in 29 cases. The age ranged from 2 to 14 years, average 6.5 years. Results:Ametropic amblyopia was present in 19 eyes(28%). Orthoptic training was necessary in 13 cases(33%). Blepharoptosis was present in 6 eyes(9%).
