Abstract. A 32-year-old male presented with blurring in his left eye since 2 weeks before. His left eye showed opacities in the anterior chamber and vitreous. The fundus showed normal findings. The vitreous opacity progressed further and the visual acuity decreased to hand motion 3 months later. Vitrectomy resulted in restored visual acuity. Vitreous opacity appeared in the right eye 2 years after his initial visit. He had an episode of convulsive seizure another 10 months later. Diagnostic imagings showed a tumor in the left cerebral ventricle. Biopsy of the tumor led to the diagnosis of B-cell malignant lymphoma. External radiation was followed by improved vitreous opacity in the right eye that recurred after treatment was switched to chemotherapy. Vitrectomy showed high-grade atypical cells, leading to the diagnosis of intraocular-central nervous system lymphoma. The right eye received additional radiation with favorable outcome. This case illustrates that ocular lesions of intraocular-central nervous system lymphoma may be cured by vitrectomy and radiation.
