眼中枢神経系悪性リンパ腫の1例

A case of malignant lymphoma of the eye and central nervous system

　66歳女性の右眼内悪性リンパ腫の治療経過を報告した。4年前に小脳原発悪性リンパ腫を発症しており，放射線による治療を受けていた。また他にリンパ腫の所見がないことから，Hidayatの分類による，中枢神経系悪性リンパ腫を併発する眼内悪性リンパ腫Type1と診断された。本症例に放射線治療を施行したところ，腫瘍は縮小し瘢痕化した。

A 66-year-old woman presented with posterior vitreous opacity and retinal infiltrates in her right eye. She had been treated by radiation for cerebellar malignant lymphoma 4 years before. She was diagnosed as type 1 intraocular malignant lymphoma with central nervous system involvement. Radiation to the affected eye led to lasting cure with scarring of the intraocular lymphoma.
