（R1-9AM−9）　眼中枢神経系悪性リンパ腫（以下，悪性リンパ腫）の診断における硝子体中インターロイキン（IL）10とIL-6の濃度比測定の有用性について検討した。悪性リンパ腫患者4例、ぶどう膜炎患者3例の硝子体中IL-10濃度を酵素結合免疫吸着剤測定法で，またIL-6濃度を化学発光酵素免疫測定法で測定した。ぶどう膜炎患者では全例IL-10濃度はIL-6濃度より高くなかったが，悪性リンパ腫患者は全例で高かった。のちに中枢神経系に進展した悪性リンパ腫患者2例は，頭蓋内病変を認めていない2例よりIL-10濃度が高値であった。硝子体中IL-10とIL-6の濃度比は悪性リンパ腫の診断に有用である可能性が示唆された。

We measured the vitreous level of interleukins (IL) in 4 patients with primary intraocular lymphoma and in 3 patients with uveitis. IL-10 was measured using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and IL-6 using a chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay (CLEIA). The levels of IL-10 were higher than IL-6 in all the 4 patients with primary intraocular lymphoma and in none of 3 patients with uveitis. Two patients of intraocular lymphoma with eventual involvement of the central nervous system showed higher values of IL-10 than the other 2 without intracranial involvement. The findings show that the ratio of intravitreal IL-10 to IL-6 may serve as a guide in the diagnosis of malignant lymphoma.
