黄色の滲出性眼底病変がみられたぶどう膜炎の3例

Three cases of uveitis with exudative fundus lesions

　黄色の滲出性病変が眼底の広範囲にあるぶどう膜炎の3例を経験した。2例は両眼性，1例は片眼性であり，年齢は49，66，68歳であった。3例とも硝子体混濁と網膜出血を伴っていた。1例はサルコイドーシス臨床診断群と確定し，他の2例はサルコイドーシスを疑ったが確定診断に至らなかった。副腎皮質ステロイド薬の全身投与を行い，眼底の滲出斑は徐々に消失した。黄色の滲出性病変が眼底にあるぶどう膜炎では，サルコイドーシス以外の原因が関係している可能性がある。

　We observed 3 patients of uveitis manifesting exudative lesions over wide fundus areas. Two cases were bilaterally affected. They were aged 49,66 and 68 years respectively. All the affected eyes showed vitreous opacity and retinal hemorrhage. One patient was diagnosed with sarcoidosis. Sarcoidosis was suspected in the other two patients bue could not be confirmed. Exudative fundus lesions gradually disappeared following systemic corticosteroid. Diseases other than sarcoidosis may be involved in uveitis with exudative fundus lesions.
