急性網膜壊死の治療経過

Outcome of treatment for acute retinal necrosis

　急性網膜壊死13例13眼の経過を検索した。男6例，女7例で，年齢は14～72歳（平均50歳）であった。経過は6～97か月（平均37か月）観察した。初期治療としてアシクロビル点滴を行い，その硝子体手術を全例に行った。12眼にはシリコーンオイルを注入し，11眼には強膜輪状締結術を行った。6眼には硝子体手術，シリコーンオイル注入，強膜輪状締結術を同時に行った。最終観察時点で網膜は9眼（69％）復位し，7眼にはシリコーンオイルが残留していた。最終視力は0.7が2眼，これを含む0.1以上が5眼（38％），0.1未満が8眼（62％）であった。

　We reviewed 13 eyes of 13 cases of acute retinal necrosis. The series comprised 6males and 7 females. Their ages ranged from 14 to 72 years,average 50 years. Cases were followed up for 6 to 97months,average 37months. All the cases received intravenous acyclovir as the initial treatment and vitreous surgery later. Silicone oil tamponade was performed in 12 eyes. Scleral encircling was performed in 11 eyes. Six eyes received simultaneous procedure of vitreous surgery,silicone oil tamponade,and scleral encircling. At the final follow-up,the retina was attached in 9 eyes（69％）. Silicone oil was still present in 7 eyes. The final visual acuity was 0.7 in 2 eyes,0.1 or over in 5 eyes（38％）,and less than 0.1 in 8 eyes（62％）.
