目的:眼脂から培養同定された細菌の各種フルオロキノロンに対する耐性率の検索。対象と方法:入院患者と眼科外来患者延べ74人から眼脂を採取し,培養で細菌85株が同定された。ガチフロキサシン(以下,GFLX),レボフロキサシン(以下,LVFX),シプロフロキサシン(以下,CPFX)に対する細菌85株の耐性を検索した。結果:85株の耐性率は,GFLX 45%,LVFX 57%,CPFX 59%であった。グラム陽性菌63株ではそれぞれ54%,68%,68%であり,グラム陰性菌22株では18%,23%,32%であった。結論:眼脂から培養で得られた細菌の耐性率は,GFLXが最も低く,LVFXとCPFXがこれに続いた。
Purpose:To evaluate sensitivity of bacteria isolated from eye discharge to three fluroquinolone derivatives. Object and Method:Eye discharge was collected from 74 patients who were either hospitalized or attending the eye clinicas outpatients. A total of 85 strains of bacteria were isolated by culture. They were tested as to the sensitivity to gatifloxacin(GFLX),levofloxacin(LVFX),and ciprofloxacin(CPFX). Results:The rate of resistance in 85 strains was 45% for GFLX,57% for LVFX,and 59% for CPFX. The rate in 63 strains of gram-positive bacteria was 54%,68% and 68% respectively. The rate in 22 strains of gram-negative bacteria was 18%,23% and 32% respectively. Conclusion:Bacteria cultured from eye discharge was resistant to GFLX,LVFX and CPFX in the ascending order.
