抄録：先天股脱の治療開始時期とペルテス様変化との関連を調べ，先天股脱の治療をその開始時期という観点から考察した．
対象症例をギプス固定群（395股），外来Riemenbugel（RB）群（275股）および入院RB群（50股）に分け，ペルテス様変化の頻度や程度は，治療法やその開始時期によってどう異なるかを調べた．
