抄録：1）腰椎椎間板ヘルニアに対する，いわゆるLove法による開窓術後，同高位再発の2例を報告した．
2）症例1は，27歳，男で，初回手術後約3年にて同高位反対側へ再発した．再手術時摘出病理組織標本では，大部分が髄核組織であった．症例2は，42歳，男で，初回手術後約11か月にて同高位へ再発した．摘出病理組織標本では，初回手術時が大部分線維輪，再手術時が大部分髄核であり，共に軟骨板組織が散見された．
