体表ランドマークからspinopelvic alignmentが評価可能か否かをX線計測上で対比し検討した.対象は健常成人男性10名(平均年齢29.3歳,身長174.1cm,体重71.6kg)である.体表ランドマークは,C7棘突起・上前腸骨棘(ASIS)・上後腸骨棘(PSIS)・大転子に設置し,JacksonらのHA-C7バランスとpelvic angle(PA)とC7棘突起からの垂線-大転子間距離(大転子-C7棘突起バランス),ASISとPSISを結んだ線と水平線からなる角度(A-P角)を各々比較し相関を調べた.結果はHA-C7バランスと大転子-C7棘突起バランスはr=0.699,PAとA-P角はr=0.553であり相関を認めた.体表ランドマークからJacksonらのパラメータが推測可能であった.X線撮影せずに姿勢評価が可能と考えられ,理学療法領域における治療効果判定の指標となると考えられた.
Materials and Methods:The subjects were 10 healthy male volunteers, average age 29.3 years, average height 174.1cm, and average weight 71.6kg. The surface body landmarks used were the spinous process of C7, the anterior superior iliac spine (ASIS), the posterior superior ilia spine (PSIS), and the greater trochanter. The distance between the spinous process of C7 landmark and the greater trochanter (C7-GT) was measured and correlated with the C7-hip axis (C7-HA) distance measured by Jackson's method. The angle between the ASIS-PSIS line and the horizontal line (AP angle) was measured and correlated by Jackson's pelvic angle (PA angle) method. Results:The surface landmark C7-GT distance was significantly correlated with the C7-HA distance (r=0.699), and the surface landmark AP angle was correlated with the PA angle (r=0.553). The C7-GT dlstance and AP angle were very useful for evaluating spinopelvic alignment by postural observation.
