1　はじめに

　前回，problem-based conferenceの特徴，目的，長所，施行上のポイント，そして具体的方法における注意について述べました．今回から具体的な症例を取り上げ，症例のteaching pointやカンファレンス進行上の注意点などを交えながらカンファレンスを進めたいと思います．前回の繰り返しになりますが，problem-based conferenceを行う上での重要点を挙げると，以下のようになります．

　①基本的には，日常の診療と同様に，病歴・理学所見からはじまり，鑑別診断，検査，診断，そして治療へとカンファレンスは進行する．
