　局在関連性てんかんの原因としての右側中心溝周囲のfocal cortical dysplasia（FCD，局所性皮質異形成）と，反対側小脳におけるcrossed cerebellar diaschisis（CCD，反対側小脳機能解離）を合併した24歳女性を報告した。脳磁図による検索では発作間欠期棘波の電流源はFCDに重畳し，SPECT（Tc−99mECD）では右FCD-右橋-左小脳に血流低下を認めた。FCDは口腔顔面を支配する右感覚運動野に位置し，経シナプス性の代謝抑制が生じやすい基盤があったと思われる。CCDの機序としては発生学上の異常としてのFCDのみでは説明がつかず，ある時期からてんかん源性を有するに至ったFCDの持続する発火が橋を介し，小脳を抑制した可能性が考えられた。

We here reported a 24-year-old woman who pre-sented complex partial seizure from 15 years of age. Her brain MRI showed the right perirolandic focal cortical dysplasi (FCD) corresponding to the orofacial division of the primary sensori-motor area. On SPECT (Tc-99mECD) study, hypoperfusion was demon-strated at the FCD, the right pons and the left cerebel-lum (crossed cerebellar diaschisis (CCD)). Magnetoen-cephalography disclosed the current source of the fo-cal spikes was localized on the FCD. To our knowl-edge, no previous report of a case associated with FCD and CCD was found.
