Marinesco-Sjögren Syndrome—1家系にみられた2症例の臨床神経学的考察

MARINESCO-SJÖGREN SYNDROME:Clinical study of two cases in a family

I．はじめに

　Marinesco-Sjögren症候群に関する報告は，1931年Marinescoら^1）が小脳性失調症，身体と精神の発達遅滞および白内障を有する4例について報告したのが最初である。その後1950年にSjögren^2）が同様な症状を呈した症例を報告し，現在までRichards^3），　Alter^4），　Mullerら^5）により相次いで報告され，数十例に及んでいる。わが国でも，藤井^6），椿^7），小川ら^8）9）によつて報告されているが，著者らが調べえた範囲ではまだ10家系の報告をみるにすぎず，しかもそれらのくわしい記載については，わずかに小川の報告をみるにすぎない。最近私どもは本症の1家系2症例を経験したのでここに報舎し，若干の臨床神経学的考察を加える。

Two cases of Marinesco-Sjögren syndrome in a family are reported. Clinical features are characte-rized by ataxia and cataract, accompanied by con-siderably retarded somatic and mental maturation. This family has the high frequency of consangu-ineous marriages. Clinical examinations were almost normal. In addition, the described patients hail nor-mal chromosomes, and no aminoaciduria. Pneu-moencephalography showed the enlargment of the IVth ventricle, and there was slightly small head.
