巨大な前頭洞Mucoceleの1治験例

A CASE OF GIANT MUCOCELE OF THE FRONTAL SINUS WHICH WAS SUCCESSFULLY OPERATED

I．はじめに

　前頭洞mucoceleに対しては，耳鼻科的に主としてKillian氏法により手術が行なわれている。われわれは21年前の外傷に某づくと思われる，高度の眼球偏位を伴つた前頭洞のmucoceleを経験したが，これは非常に大きく対側前頭洞，眼窩深部，頭蓋内にまで及んでおり，従来の方法では処置困難と考えられたので、前頭部冠状皮切に．よって手術し、良好な結果をおさめ得た。

We have reported a 48 year old man with giant mucocele of the bilateral frontal sinus which might be caused by head injury at 27 years of age.
