Perphenazineの臨床

TREATMENT OF PSYCHIATRIC PATIENTS WITH PERPHENAZINE

　1）我々は計13例の入院及び外来患者にPer-phenazineを1日8〜32mg経口的に使用して，著効3例，有効5例，無効2例及び悪化3例の成績を得た。

　2）特に精神運動性興奮及び不安，緊張状態に対しては非常に強力な鎮静効果を見た。

　3）又，昏迷，自閉性についても自発性及び積極性の改善を見，更に他の症例からもクロルプロマジンとは異つた特有な効果を見た。

　4）副作用としては，16〜32mgの急性大量投与時及び600mg以上の長期投与時に主としてパーキンソン症候群が現われたが，減量又は投与中止により間もなく消槌した。

The clinical effect of Perphenazine, 1-(2-hy-droxyethyl)-4-〔3-(2-chloro-10-phenoth iazinyl)-propyl〕-piperazine:Triomin (made by Yama-nouchi Seiyaku Co. Ltd.), which was applied to the psychiatric patients, was reported.

Thirteen patients in variable psychiatric states were treated, being administrated this drug in dosage 8-32mg. a day orally and maintaining this dosage for several weeks or more.

The results are as follows:

1) Among the 13 cases, 3 showed remark-able improvement, 5 moderate improvement and 2 no improvement, and 3 were not imp-roved but suffered from anxiety by side re-action.

2) We found a more covenient and potent effect on sedating psychomotoric excitement, anxious state and tension state than chlor-promazine.

3) Additionally, in autistic or stuporous state, spontaneity appeared without psycho-motoric retardation. And such an effect was the most favourable one which we could not find by chlorpromazine.
