当院の精神疾患々者におけるAkerfeldt' test

AKERFELDT' TEST ON THE PSYCHOTICS IN OUR HOSPITAL

I．緒言

　1955年瑞典でAkerfeldt^1）が種々の精神疾患の血清に就いて，N．N-dimethyl-para-phenylendiamine hydro chloride溶液を加えて普通5分以内に酸化されて，血清の正常の黄色が色々の色調を呈することを見て，赤色を呈するのを陽性として，300名の精神分裂病の中80％に陽性なることを述べて居る。

　その後Abood^2），Brown^3）等により，各種疾患に行われ，その結果を報告して居る。我々も，精神疾患患者99名に本反応を実施追試する機会を得たので，今迄の実験成績を述べ，御批判を仰ぎたいと考える。

Akerfeldt' test was examined upon normal group consisting of 10 men and 12 women and upon Psychotic group of 131 cases consisting of 71 cases of schizophrenia, 9 mania, 9 dep-ression, 3 epilepsy and 10 oligophrenia etc.

Results were as follows: (1) 32.8% in all cases showed positive rea-ction.

(2) Higher positivity was observed in two groups, that is, the one of the duration of disease less than 6 months and the other of more than 5 years.

(3) On the type of diseases, schizophrenia showed the highest positivity and followed oligophrenia, mania and depression.

(4) Significant difference were not obser-ved from, the standpoint of sex and age.
