The intracranial aneurysm is the disease comparatively difficult to make the correct diagnosis clinically. However, the recent ad-vancement of cerebral angiography not only makes it easy, but it is also, so to speak, only the most acurate methods of diagnosis of the intracranial aneurysm.

Recently we have experienced two cases of cerebral aneurysms, which were determined apparently by the use of angiogramm before the surgery and were treated by the operati-ons.

Case 1, A woman, 54 years of age, had been found a large aneurysm at the left in-ternal carotid artery by the angiography. The ligation of the left internal carotid arte-ry was performed, because she refused to ta-ke the trepanation.

Case 2, A man, 26 years of age, had mul-tiple aneurysms of the left posterior cerebral artery. A silverclip has been placed on the left posterior communicating artery after tre-panation.

Through these procedures, their signs have been improved remarkably.
