  • Look Inside

Changes of E. E. G. by cerebral angiography are spikes, decrease of amplitude and 8 wave. Histologic changes are edema, petechiae, blee-ding, congestion, acute edema of nerve cells and glia cells, and gliosis.

Amipan, Isomital inhibit spikes, but have no effect on decrease of amplitude and S wave. Other narcotics have no effect on E. E. G.

Every narcotica and hypnotica have no effect on histological changes.

Methobromin has a little effect on inhibition of spikes, but decrease of amplitude and δ wave are not influenced.

Other depressors or vasodilatators have no effect on changes of E. E. G.

Histological change are least by methobromin or novocain block of the cervical sympathetic nerve. Other depressor have no effect on his-tological changes.
