A case of partial agenesis of the corpus callosum associated with Lückenschädel-skull, lumbar myelomeningocele and spina bifida as well as a pronounced Arnold-Chiari malformation with progressive hydro-cephalus is presented. This particular combination of congenital anomalies has not heretobef ore Leen described.
