Clinical Considerations on Myoclonic-epilepsy.

　Unverrichtによつて記載せられたミオクロヌス癲癇の症状は大體次のような特徴を示すものである。

　第1，それは家族性に出現する。

The anthor pointed out that myoclonic fits have striking reactivity for some stimulations from theoutside. He has seen in 4 cases of myoclonic epi-lepsies some stimulations, for example light, sound and pain etc., led to grand mal attacks. In general myoclonic jerks were intensifed by sensory stimula-tions. This fact depends upon the pathological condition affecting brainstem, especially the thala-mus. This might be an hypethetical explanation of this phenomenon.
