慢性貧血時に於ける腦波

Electroencephalographic Study of Cases with Chronic Anemia.

緒言

　動物について出血及至動脈結紮による腦の急性血液循環障碍時に於ける腦波所見に關してはPrawdicz-Neminskiを初め諸家の報告があり，又Yeager a. Walsohは人間の一側頸動脈を結紮によつて一旦は波の出現を見たが，その後はまもなく漸次正常腦波に恢復するのを認めている。

　萱嶋，只埜は家兎を垂直體位に5分間置くことにより腦波の振幅の減少を認め，本川，辻口，藤森は人體體位を急激に變化する場合は前庭神經の刺戟，其他の知覺刺戟によつて腦波が變化する可能性があるが，徐々に變化せしめた場合に起る腦波の變化は主として血液分布状態に基づくもので，殊に頭部に充血が起るような條件では腦波は抑制を受け，輕い貧血を來たすような條件では却つて促進を受けることを認めた。

　We have examined d fifty cases of chronic anaemia caused by va〓i us diseas s with following results:

　1) In cases with Hb count of blow 70%, slow waves appeared, and in proportion to the intensity of anaemia, the degree of slow waves and frequ-ency of their appearance became remarkable rhable.

　2) The slow waves that appeared at this experi ment re〓itered at about 10 to 40 μV, with no much difference from a waves.

　3) The above mentioned change was more remarkable in th frontal part h〓n in the occipital.

　4) Therefore in cases with Hb count below 50%, frontal dominance was recognizabl

　5) In that change, individual difference could be observed though Hb count was almost at the same level There was a tendency that the change was remarkable parallel with the degree of subjective and objecive symptoms of patients.

　6) In some cases especially those whose anemia was recovering by fe〓ic medication the above mentioned change was reversible.
