はじめに
機能画像解析においてBrain Network Analysisは脳のさまざまな領域のfunctional connectivityをより直接に検出・評価することを志向し，近年研究者からのより多くの関心を集めてきている。本稿ではまずBrain Network Analysisの概略を述べ，次いでパーキンソン病とジストニアの研究におけるその応用例に言及する。
