双極性障害を対象とした短期集団心理教育プログラム開発の試み—服薬アドヒアランスの向上を目指した取り組み

Development of Short Term Group Psychoeducational Program for Bipolar Disorder Patients:An approach for improving medication adherence

抄録　近年，双極性障害患者に対する心理教育の有効性は注目されているが，本邦において集団に対する介入の有効性について十分な効果検証がなされているとは言い難い。そこで，我々は全6回のセッションからなる集団心理教育プログラムを開発した。入院中および外来患者に対して臨床導入を試み，患者の服薬アドヒアランスへの影響について調査した。その結果，本プログラムは服薬アドヒアランスの改善に寄与する可能性が示唆された。今後，長期的な再発予防効果や長期予後の改善を目指した，より有用なプログラムを開発するためにはさらなる研究が必要である。

　Recently, the efficacy of psychoeducation for patients with bipolar disorder has garnered considerable attention；however, few studies have investigated the efficacy through a group-based intervention in Japan. Hence, we developed a group-based psychoeducational program comprising six sessions for in-and outpatients with bipolar disorder. We attempted to implement the program in the clinical practice and investigated for influence on medication adherence. Consequently, this study implied that our program could potentially improve the medication adherence in patients with bipolar disorder and attained generally good satisfaction from participants. Nevertheless, further studies are warranted to develop more useful programs to augment the impact on long-term relapse prevention and prognosis.
