神経科精神科病歴におけるProblem-Oriented System（POS）の採用について

Ⅰ．まえがき

　Problem-Oriented System（POS）またはProblem-Oriented Medical Record（POMR）は，1968年Weed^8）の提唱によって開発されたものである。このシステムを精神科の病歴に初めて採用したのはGrant and Maletzky^2）（1972）およびHayes-Roth，Longabaugh and Ryback^3）（1972）で，その後，数篇の論文が外国において発表されているが，わが国の精神科においてこれを採用したのが我々のところが最初ではないかと思う。以下，金沢医科大学病院神経科精神科で採用しているPOSについて紹介する。
