心筋線維化測定法の評価—コンピューター画像解析法とポイント・カウンティング法の比較検討

Quantitative Analysis of Myocardial Fibrosis in Myocardial Biopsies:A Comparison between Computer Analysis and Point Counting Method

　〔目的〕心筋線維化率（％Fibrosis）をコンピューター画像解析装置（Nexus社製Nexus6400）とPC法を用いて測定し，両測定法の比較検討を行った．

　〔方法〕肥大型心筋症10例，拡張型心筋症10例の生検心筋から作成したAZAN染色標本を測定に用いた．Fibrosisの測定は，200倍視野と400倍視野でPC法を，280倍視野の画面でコンピューター画像解析法を行い，測定値の差および再現性の検討を行った．

To select an appropriate method to analyze quantita-tively myocardial fibrosis in myocardial biopsies, two methods, the computer analysis and the point-counting method observed at magnifications of ×200 and ×400, were compared. Our targeted points of examination were the accuracy and reproducibility of these methods. Twenty patients (10 with dilated cardiomyopathy and 10 with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy) were randomly selected, and the percent area of myocardial fibrosis in myocardial biopsies obtained from the right ventricular septum was measured by both the computer analysis and the point-counting method.
