稀有な病変分布を呈したパラコート肺の臨床病理学的検討

Clinicopathological evaluation on the lungs with unusual distribution of paraquat lesion

　我々は，偏在性の病変分布をとった，パラコート肺のまれな1例を報告する。病変の成立から，進展，治癒過程までの詳細を胸部X線写真，CT，TBLBにて詳しく画像解析し興味ある知見を得た。この稀有な病変分布の機序を論じ，その原因について私見を述べる。

　A case of recovered acute paraquat (PQ) poisoning showed an unusual distribution of the PQ induced lesions in the lungs. She habitually adopted a persistent right decubitus position in the hospitalization. According to West, the fields we discovered to be more severely affected correlated to the areas of high V_A/Q values, and high P_AO₂ values explained by gravity effects. Lesions emerged to be more severe in the left lung than in the right, more so in the upper part and anterior portion than in the lower or dorsal portion.
