負荷心筋シンチグラフィーによる冠動脈病変の評価

Thallium-201 stress myocardial scintigraphy for the evaluation of coronary-artery stenosis

　²⁰¹T1を静注した場合，心筋による²⁰¹T1のとりこみは心筋各部における冠血流の量と並行するとされ，このため心筋の虚血部位は心筋シンチグラムの活性の低下として描出される。

　狭心症を冠動脈の器質的あるいは機能的な狭窄にもとづく心筋局所の虚血性病変と考えると，²⁰¹T1心筋シンチグラムにより虚血部を描出することは非侵襲的に冠動脈病変を評価する手段となり臨床上有用と思われる。

Thallium-201 stress myocardial perfusion scintigraphy was performed in twenty eight patients investigated by selective coronary angiography.

Scintigrams were collected in anterior, left anterior oblique (60, 45, and 30), and left lateral views. The data were recorded on Polaroid film directly from the cathode ray display, and were processed by the computer.

The images at rest and during exercise were analysed in seven segments : apical, anterior, anteroseptal, anterolateral, posterolateral, posteroinferior, and posteroseptal.
