Viewing the most effectiveness for the clinical application of Acebutolol which is the recently developed long acting beta blocker on the aspect of arrhythmia, the oral administration of Acebutolol with daily doses of 600 mg has been proceeded for four weeks without any combination of the other antiarrhythmics for 50 cases holding the various origins and extents of arrhythmias which had been appeared maximally within the last six months.
