僧帽弁後尖腱索断裂をきたした陳旧性心筋硬塞症の1治験例

Mitral regurgitation due to secondarily ruptured chordae tendinae, occured 7 years after myocardial infarction

　僧帽弁腱索断裂による僧帽弁閉鎖不全症は，比較的まれな疾患とされてきたが，近年，的確な診断法ならびに開心術の進歩普及により，本症に対する多数の手術例が報告されている^1,2）。

　しかし，心筋硬塞発症長期間後に腱索断裂をきたした例は，文献的にはめずらしいと思われる。

Recently, many cases of mitral regurgitation due to ruptured chordae tendinae are reported, but we scarcely find reports about that complicated with old myocardial infarction. We present a case of mitral regurgitation due to ruptured chordae tendinae, occured 7 years after myocardial infarction. A case is 50 years' old sailor and he has suffered from inferior myocardial infarction in 1968.
