心筋梗塞の多くは主幹冠動脈の少なくとも1枝が，有意の（75％以上）狭窄を呈するのが常であるが1,2），今回著者らは臨床所見，心電図，血液酵素上より心筋梗塞と診断されたが，冠動脈写にて正常冠動脈像を呈した1例を経験したので報告する。
We have experienced a fifty year old malepatient with myocardial infarction with normal coronary angiogram, diagnosed by electrocardio-graphic findings and serum enzyme levels as well as clinical course.
During driving, the patient developed sudden anterior chest pain for one hour.
