"いわゆる冠拡張薬"の効果判定に関する試み

An Evaluation of the Effect of Coronary Vasodilator

　これまでの"いわゆる冠拡張薬"の効果は，冠状動脈の血流量が冠状動脈圧に比較して増加する程度から判定されることが多かった。このこと自体は決して間違っていたわけではないが，冠拡張すなわち生体に好ましい影響ありとする考え方があったためか，冠拡張薬の多量の使用につながりながら，一方では冠拡張薬に関する理解の不足がわが国にひろく存在するように思われる^1）。

　本研究の目的は"いわゆる冠拡張薬"の急性効果を判定する一つの試みとしてなされたものである。すなわち，急性の冠状動脈分枝結紮による心室機能の低下を，冠拡張薬が急性に副血行路を開通し，あるいは非虚血部心筋の収縮性を高め，またはその他のなんらかの作用によって改善することができるか否かを明かにしようとしたものである。

This study was undertaken to reevaluate the effects of coronary vasodilator upon injured heart.

Eleven mongrel dogs were subjected for this study. Blood flow of the ascending aorta and the left circumflex artery, and pressure of the ascend-ing aorta and the left ventricle were recorded. Blood gas analysis was done in the coronary sinus by use of IL meter. Recording of foregoing items was done in control state, five minuts after liga-tion of the left anterior descending artery. Three minutes after intravenous injection of dipyrida-mole in these dogs, recording was again carried out.
