I.緒言
さきの報告1),2),3)の中で,心のう膜を透過するD2O,Cl36の透過率及び,体液の平衝状態に於けるCl36の透過率の比較,及び,種々刺激によるCl36の透過率に対する影響を,検討して来たが,続いてNa22を用いて急性炎症状態に於ける電解質の代謝率が如何変るかを調べることにした。この報告は,実験的に機械的刺激による心のう炎を起し,それにともなうNa22の透過率の変化を比較検討するものである。
The rate of transfer of Na22 across the inflamed pericardium of dogs has been studied serially. In all the chronic preparations an acute pericarditis developed. The pericardial fluid developed the characteristics of purulent fluid as the experiments progressed. This was verified histologically at the conclusion of the experiment. In addition, the ECG showed elevated S-T segments and inverted T waves in most preparations. The greater rates of transfer of Na22 across the inflamed pericardium are probably related at least to increased capillary permeability and fluid exchange between intrava-scular and extravascular compartments.
