I.緒言
さきに正常犬の心嚢膜を透過する重水(D2O)の透過率について検討したが1),続いて心嚢膜を透過する電解質の中,Cl36(放射性同位元素)を用いて体液の平衡状態におけるCl35(正常電解質)の透過率を調べる事にした。この報告は,正常心嚢膜の平衝状態における電解質の生理学的溶液(リンゲル氏液,及び血漿)中での透過率を比較検討するものである。
The rate of transfer of Cl36 across the normal intact pericardium of dogs has been studied as a tracer in Ringer's solution and in plasma. In these comparative studies the rate of transfer of Cl36 in Ringer's solution was the same as that of Cl36 in plasma across the pericardium of dogs.
The rate of transfer of Cl35 across the normal intact pericardium of dogs was 153 mEq per day.
