Artificial Hyperventilation and Alveolar Function in Chronic Pulmonary Emphysema:Effect of Respiratory Analeptics

　呼吸促進剤投与によつておこした人為的過剰換気の慢性肺気腫における肺胞機能に及ぼす影響を肺内ガス分布曲線とオキシメーター・レートを中心に検討し，2〜3の考察を加えた。

1) Lung functions of 15 cases with chronic pulmonary emphysema were tested with special reference to their intrapulmonary gas distribution curve and oximeter rate before and after intravenous dminist-ration of 30 mg. of THERAPTIQuE (N, N'-dibuty1-N, N'-Dicarboxy-Morpholide-Ethylenediamine), a respiratory analeptics.

2) LUNG VOLUMES:No significant change in functional residual capacity was found and the ten-dency of decreasing in RV/TC was observed after injection.
