好酸球性食道炎の画像診断─X線診断：遡及的検討を含めて

Radiological Diagnosis of Eosinophilic Esophagitis and Retrospective Study

要旨●内視鏡所見および食道生検で好酸球性食道炎と診断され，食道X線造影像が評価可能な14例を対象とした．そのX線造影所見からlinear type，granular type，ringed type，所見が複合するmixed typeの4型に分類したところ，X線的に本症を疑う所見としてはringed typeまたはringed typeを含むmixed typeが有用な所見と考えられた．さらに，X線的に遡及的検討が可能であった5例について経時的変化を検討したところ，linear typeが先に出現し，その後ringed typeまたはmixed typeとなっていく症例がほとんどであり，ringed typeがlinear typeになる症例は1例もなかった．

　We studied esophageal X-ray images of 14 cases of eosinophilic esophagitis diagnosed by endoscopy and biopsies. We categorized the cases into four types：ringed, linear, granular, or mixed type. It was ringed type or mixed type including ringed type to doubt this disease for X-ray images. We investigated the five cases that retrospective X-ray examination was possible. Linear type appeared earlier, later becoming ringed or mixed type, and there was no ringed type that became linear type.
