前庭部前壁の小さなⅡc＋Ⅱa型早期胃癌の1例

A Case with a Small, Early Gastric Cancer on the Anterior Wall of the Antrum

Ⅰ．はじめに

　早期胃癌の発見能力の進歩は最近著るしく，数多い症例の経験とその集積は早期胃癌の各種のパターンの整理と相俟って，興味の中心はより小さな早期胃癌またはより診断の困難な部位の早期癌，または発生論的に興味のある早期癌の発見えと発展して来た．

　したがってこのように小さなまたは浅い早期胃癌をX線または内視鏡検査で診断する手がかりは，もはや異常所見をとらえるというよりは，むしろ正常でない粘膜像の分析というほど軽微な変化をも問題にしなければならなくなった．

　次に示す症例は 1）診断の手がかり，2）病巣の大きさ，3）各種検査方法の多面的応用による綜合診断，4）早期胃癌の発育等の点で興味ある知見をえたのでここに紹介する．

　Recently the capability of discoverring early gastric cancer has remarkadly progressed. With the tremendous experiences and the study on various patterns of the gastric cancer, our attention has tended to be attracted to early, small cancers, the ones located in the area hard to be diagnosed or the ones of a histological interest.

　When early gastric cancers are examined by X-ray or endoscopy, we must be careful to observe the slightest canges of the mucosa or not normal findings.
