CTによる結腸・直腸癌のstage診断

Staging Colorectal Cancer with Computed Tomography

要旨　結腸・直腸癌患者の術前CT検査を80例に行った．腫瘍描出率は91.3％であった。結腸癌深達度の正診率は50％，直腸癌深達度の正診率は66.7％であった．直腸癌近接リンパ節では，その大きさが1～1.5cm未満では55.6％が，1.5cm以上では100％が組織学的にリンパ節転移陽性であった．側方リンパ節では転移陽性の80％が正診であった．

　Eighty patients with colorectal cancer underwent computed tomography (CT) at this surgical division between May, 1982 and March, 1984. In these cases colorectal tumor was detected in 91.3%. CT identified deep invasion of colorectal cancer and accuracy was 66.7% of rectal cancer. CT identified lymph node and that if its size was over 1.5 cm, its lymph node metastasis was always positive. CT was useful in staging colorectal cancer.
